Renovation Warranty You Can Understand
We stand behind the exterior renovation work we complete - with clear warranty terms, documented project scope, and support when an eligible workmanship issue needs to be reviewed.
Warranty coverage depends on the approved written scope of work, completed services, product manufacturer terms, site conditions, and homeowner maintenance.
Warranty at a Glance
A clear summary of how our workmanship warranty, product warranties, and loyalty benefits work together.
Workmanship Warranty
Our workmanship warranty applies to eligible installation-related issues connected to work performed by Renovation Xperts Group and listed in the approved written scope of work.
Manufacturer Product Warranty
Many exterior products include separate manufacturer warranties. These warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms, registration requirements, exclusions, and approval process.
Clear Scope Protection
Warranty coverage applies only to the work, materials, and project areas included in the signed estimate, contract, invoice, or written change order.
Long-Term Relationship
After eligible projects, we may offer loyalty benefits such as a voucher toward future renovation work as a thank-you for choosing Renovation Xperts Group.
What Our Workmanship Warranty Covers
Our workmanship warranty is designed to protect homeowners from eligible installation-related defects connected to the work completed by Renovation Xperts Group.
- Improper fastening related to our installation
- Installation issues within the completed project area
- Workmanship-related water entry caused directly by our installed system
- Workmanship-related separation, loose trim, or failed finish details
- Installation defects confirmed after inspection by Renovation Xperts Group
Important: Coverage applies only to workmanship performed by Renovation Xperts Group and only within the areas included in the approved written project scope. The warranty does not expand the original scope of work and does not cover unrelated areas of the home, hidden pre-existing conditions, product defects, structural movement, or damage caused by outside factors.
What Is Not Covered
Clear boundaries help homeowners understand what falls outside our workmanship warranty. Review the exclusions below.
Final warranty determination is made after review by Renovation Xperts Group. Warranty coverage does not apply automatically to every reported issue. The issue must be inspected, documented, and confirmed as an eligible workmanship-related issue within the covered scope.
Product Warranties Are Provided by the Manufacturer
Many products used in exterior renovations may include manufacturer warranties. These may include siding, trim, stone, aluminum, windows, doors, fasteners, coatings, finishes, or related materials, depending on the product selected.
Renovation Xperts Group does not control manufacturer warranty approval, claim timelines, coverage decisions, replacement material availability, finish performance, or manufacturer policy changes. When appropriate, we can help guide the homeowner toward the product warranty process, but the manufacturer remains responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
Some manufacturer warranties may require registration, maintenance, proper use, original proof of purchase, or compliance with manufacturer installation and care instructions.
How Homeowners Keep Warranty Coverage in Good Standing
A few simple habits help protect your investment and keep your workmanship warranty valid.
- Keep gutters and downspouts clean
- Keep drainage paths clear
- Do not allow vines, trees, or vegetation to damage siding or aluminum work
- Do not drill, cut, remove, paint, or modify completed work without written approval
- Address roof leaks, plumbing leaks, moisture issues, or structural problems promptly
- Keep project documents, invoices, and product information
- Notify Renovation Xperts Group promptly if a possible warranty issue appears
- Provide photos, description, project address, and access for inspection
- Do not allow another contractor to repair or modify the issue before Renovation Xperts has a chance to inspect it, unless urgent temporary protection is required
Failure to maintain the completed work, unauthorized alterations, or failure to provide reasonable access for inspection may limit or void warranty coverage.
How to Submit a Warranty Request
Four simple steps from your first message to a documented review.
- 1
Send us your project details
Include name, address, phone number, project completion date if available, and a short description of the issue.
- 2
Upload photos or video
Clear photos help us understand the concern before scheduling an inspection.
- 3
We review the request
Our team reviews the project scope, completed work, photos, and warranty terms.
- 4
Inspection and next steps
If required, we schedule a review. If the issue is confirmed as eligible under our workmanship warranty, we will explain the repair plan.
Submitting a warranty request does not automatically confirm warranty coverage. Coverage is confirmed only after review and, when necessary, inspection by Renovation Xperts Group.
A thank-you for trusting our team with your home
We value long-term relationships with our clients. After completing eligible renovation projects, Renovation Xperts Group may provide a loyalty voucher toward future work as a thank-you for trusting our team.
Ask About Your Loyalty VoucherPromotional benefit. Not cash. Not retroactive. Subject to project eligibility, minimum project value if applicable, written approval, availability, and current company terms at the time of booking.
The loyalty voucher is a promotional benefit, not a cash value item. It cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, combined with all other promotions, or used toward taxes, permits, emergency work, warranty repairs, third-party charges, or already discounted work unless approved in writing.
