We stand behind our craft. If anything we installed fails due to our workmanship, we fix it. No excuses, no hoops to jump through.

We honour all brand warranties from the products we install — James Hardie, Maibec, Versetta Stone, vinyl, aluminum, and more — and we guide you through any manufacturer claim from start to finish.

Our 10-year workmanship warranty and maintenance obligations stay with the property for the remainder of the term at no extra cost. New homeowners must contact us within 30 days to transfer coverage. Previous owners keep loyalty discounts on future projects.

A little maintenance keeps your warranty valid:

• Rinse siding annually
• Keep gutters clean
• Re-caulk or touch up paint if needed
• Avoid high-pressure washing at close range
• Keep bushes and trees from touching the siding

Exclusions include severe weather, impact damage, foundation shifting, pre-existing structural issues, and alterations made by others.
